Justin Boylan 10-6-08 I got nothing... I'm sitting here, trying to think positive. I got nothing. I'm pacing around my room, hoping that somehow, someway, I can spin this game in a positive manner. That would great. I would love to be as positive as Jose Canseco's steroid test results, but I'm starting to think it's going to be closer to Tayshaun Prince's. Waking up Sunday morning you could feel the excitement, what seemed to come out of nowhere was a big day in Philadelphia sports. Clashing Phillies red with Eagles green, having the remote control ready, your finger hovering... Eagles lose to Skins  In what was surely one of the most bittersweet days for Philly sports fans in recent memory, we saw one team doing exactly what was expected of them while another continued their slide to mediocrity, again. The only way to truly capture the surrealistic nature of the day, I thought it best to touch on the highlights, lowlights and otherwise bizarre goings on in chronological order. HATE…….UNBRIDALED HATE…. Kenny Guy 9-15 When a person mentions Dallas , whether it be the city of Dallas , Dallas Clark the Tight End or even my cousin's daughter Dallas, the normal thing to say after it is “SUCKS”. But is it really fair for us to have such a dislike for something that it makes you a borderline bigot? In this case, yes! Raise your hand if you are sick and tired of those front running, dried chili eating, non playoff game winning bunch of sad losers whose only claim to fame is a distant past? If the room doesn't have everyone's hands raised, find the one person who doesn't have his hands up and punch him directly in his face. I was raised to hate Dallas by my father whose father taught him to hate them also. I teach my children to hate the Cowboys as I expect them to teach their own. It's as natural as breathing and spitting. They are the evil that the bible speaks of. (Okay maybe not that far, but close enough…) I hated Tony Dorsett, I hated Emmitt Smith, and I still hate Jimmy Johnson and Deion Sanders. I only have luke warm respect for Troy Aikman and Moose Johnson because when they call Eagles games, they seem somewhat unbiased. To be an Eagles fan means you can't wait to see another T.O. meltdown so you can save it as wallpaper on your cell phone and forward it to all of your friends. To be an Eagles fan means that tonight is everything and nothing else matters. Nothing except beating the living snot out of the Cowboys. Have I mentioned that I hate Dallas ? If not, let me tell you, I freakin hate Dallas !!!
